The Conference will be held at Myrtle Beach Conference Center 4105 Poinsett St. N Myrtle Beach, SC 29582
* Registration Includes: Conference materials, conference sessions, all meals and lodging. Meals included are from lunch Monday through lunch Thursday. Transportation to and from the airport is not provided.

Registration with payment received by CMI prior to August 26, 2010 – $550.00 Registration after August 26, 2010 paid at the door or online prior to Aug 30th – $600.00 Additional night stay: August 29, 2009 – $60.00 (includes dinner -5pm the 30th & breakfast, 8 am the 1st) Not a CMI member – $35.00 **All rooms are shared. Personal bed guaranteed. Full/Queen sized beds will go to first registrants. |

* There are a limited number of full / queen sized beds;, the earlier you register, the better your chances of having a larger than twin sized bed.
* In – arms babies are always welcome! Children who are not in arms must have another adult there to care for them. Out of arms children or babies who are being vocal are asked not to sit through sessions so as not to disrupt others or speakers.
* Our conference is all inclusive and we are unable to provide a discount for people who stay off-site or provide their own meals.
* We are unable to accomadate private sleeping arrangements. All rooms will be shared. If you plan to bring your husband or family, we have seven (7) dormitory- type rooms available with 7 bunk beds in each room and 2 full baths. These rooms are available to the first 7 families who book them – the cost of booking a family room with meals for your family is $960.00 + the conference attendees registration. The conference is only included for the one registrant.

Refunds:
If you cannot attend the conference after you have registered and sent in your payment you must call (765) 643-9433 and let us know on or before the cencellation date. you will be refunded the amount you paid munus 30% for processing. The cancellation date for the conference is June 1, 2010. No refunds will be given after June 1st, 2010. You have the option to request CMI to allow your registration to be applied to someone else prior to July 31st, 2010 minus a 15% processing fee. There will be no transfers or refunds allowed after July 31, 2010.

Christian Midwives International reserves the right to postpone the conference to another time, date, and if necessary, location. In the event of a conference postponement no refunds will be issued. Registrants can transfer their fees toward any other Christian Midwives International Conference.
